PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards SD Mustang Accessories accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards for orders. During checkout, provide your billing address and telephone number in the spaces provided. Be sure to use the address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

PayPal
PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. PayPal is far less time-consuming than making a trip to the ATM or writing and mailing paper checks. And unlike checks, which can take days to clear, most PayPal transactions clear instantly unless an e-check is used and that usually takes about 5-7 business days to clear.

SALES TAX
Orders shipped to customers outside of California are sales tax-free. Orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax, which is automatically computed during checkout based on your Shipping Address. The tax amount will be reflected on your order before it is placed.

In addition, if a purchase is made, we collect credit card information, billing and shipping address, customer information, vehicle information, and prior purchases. This information can be gathered when feedback or e-mails are sent to SD Mustang Accessories when you register for services, or make purchases via the website.

SD Mustang Accessories therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns and Cancellations

We allow our customers to return or exchange unused items purchased from us as long as a request is made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of product. If you are not pleased with your purchase you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below. Once item has been installed on vehicle, unless defective, cannot be returned.

A refund or exchange of a product will be processed only if it accompanied by the original sales invoice. Return freight charges are not reimbursable.

All returned orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Any orders placed then canceled within the same business day,
will be subject to a $10.00 bank cancellation fee. Any order canceled on the next business day and beyond, will be
charged a 20% restocking fee. If an order is shipped then canceled, it will fall under the 20% restocking fee if returned.
No Returns after 30-days.

Any product that is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping and cancellation fees of canceled orders.

We will exchange any UNUSED UNDAMAGED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, customer will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, the difference will be credited to the customers account minus the 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping of exchanged items.

We do not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company.

International Orders
Shipping charges both ways for any cancellations, returns or warranty claims outside the Continental USA will be the responsibility of the customer. Brake Performance under No circumstance will pay for any shipping costs. Prices and shipping fees do not include Brokerage fees, Import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.

REFUNDS
Any refund or credit approval will be credited to your paypal account, or credit card within 72 hours. Please be aware that your bank may take 5-10 business days to post to your credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 14 days please email our customer service at stangaccessories@aol.com.

ERRORS AND MISTAKES
If a return request is due to an error on the part of SD Mustang Accessories we will arrange for return shipping by use of a call tag or shipping return label. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping back, and at NO time will a second call tag or return label be issued. On returns where Brake Performance is not at fault, or where the customer chose the incorrect vehicle application, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

DAMAGE AND LOSS
Once the package leaves SD Mustang Accessories facility, SD Mustang Accessories is responsible for the package arriving at the customers address. SD Mustang Accessories packages every item with the best protection possible to prevent shipping damage.
If you receive a damaged part, DO NOT accept the package and have the shipping company immediately return it to the sender.
If the shipping company has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipping company and have the package returned to the sender. Missing, damaged or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs. Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under the warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefor, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company.

Loss to parcels shipped to the 50 US States and US Territories:
SD Mustang Accessories  does not have any responsibility for loss to shipped items unless an insured shipping method is chosen by the customer. We offer insured shipping options which may be selected at your discretion. When you select insured shipping, your parcel is either insured through a third party or self insured by SD Mustang Accessories, at our discretion. If you do not purchase the insurance, you assume all risk of loss or damage. We handle insurance claims for you on all insured parcels. There is a 21 day waiting period for filing a claim on a lost domestic parcel. Claims can be started immediately on damaged parcels. If you purchase insured shipping, your order will be reshipped when available, after the waiting period, as soon as you provide all information, materials and/or statements required for filing the claim. If you select a shipping method that does not include insurance, you have no recourse against SD Mustang Accessories.

Warranty

  • All leds products come with 30 days replacement, return item(s) must have to be in original condition/package with reasonable wear and tear. All faulty due to improper installation, any physical damage of any modified will void your warranty.
  • Buyer will respond for return shipping cost and we will pay for the resend cost. Unless the return is a result of our mistake (wrong item), in that case we’ll pay for shipping both way of shipping for exchange/replacement is requested Please contact us first to resolve any problems that you may have.
  • You must contact us confirmed for exchange within 7 days base on tracking number.Any exchange request after the time frame will not be accepted.
